In order for a Will to be valid in Thailand, it must meet very specific requirements. There are 3 broad Will classifications in Thailand:

  2. Holographic Wills
  3. Validly witnessed Wills

Once we have understood your individual situation, We will provide a recommended type of Will and provide a legally binding Will for your signature.

Preparing and signing a Last Will & Testament at our offices is THB 30,000 plus 7 % VAT and includes the following:

  • Advice
  • Drafting in English
  • Translation to Thai
  • Signing before witnesses
  • Notarisation of signature
  • Taking pictures as evidence
  • Registration with the district office
  • Holding one signed copy for future reference
